The following terms of service agreement (The “TOS” ) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Tapobhoomi by Tapo Stays, located at Mathatha, near Bappa Rawal Panorama, Eklingji, Rajasthan 313002, in association with the use of Tapobhoomi’ website, which includes Tapobhoomistay.com ( the “site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.
Use of Information. Unless otherwise specified, copyright in all copyrightable subject matter on any Site is owned by Tapobhumi Stay. To the extent that Tapobhoomi Stay has the right to do so without compensation to third parties, and except for materials or information specifically provided under other terms. Tapobhoomi Stay grants you permission to copy or otherwise download from any Site, information and materials (including related graphics), provided: 1. The materials are for internal, non-commercial use only, and 2. Any copies of materials or portions thereof must include the copyright notice specified on the Site. If attribution to Tapobhoomi Stay is included, limited quotations from the content are hereby permitted. You may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes any portion of the content without the prior written permission of Tapobhumi Stay. Property Protection Plan. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT, DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY OR ITS INVENTORY DURING YOUR STAY.
Safety & Security. All Guests are solely responsible for their own Safety during their stay. Swimming pools are also used entirely at the guests own risk and children must be supervised at all times.
Complaints. In the unlikely event of a problem arising during your stay, you should contact us immediately and we will seek to resolve the matter within a reasonable period of time. If the problem has not been reported to us within 24 hours of the problem arising, we cannot accept responsibility.
Disclaimer LIABILITY- The property is privately owned and will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
The owners and their agents reserve the right of entry at any time. This includes authorized workers such as maintenance crew, gardeners, pest control contractors, etc. INFORMATION DIRECTORY while all information supplied is deemed to be correct, and to the best of our knowledge, it is understood that the information supplied is for guidance purposes only and does not form part of any contract.
Trademarks. The Tapobhoomi name, logo and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of Tapobhumi Stay and may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent by us. Other products and service marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this site and the Internet generally. In no event shall Tapobhoomi Stay, be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever; including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, without regard to the form of any action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tort actions, arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the content resulting from access to or use of this site, or the Internet generally, under contract, tort or any other cause of action or legal theory.
Warranty Disclaimer. Information Provided by You- Any information provided by you to Tapobhoomi Stay including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, shall be deemed to be non confidential. Additionally, Tapobhoomi Stay shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever.
Damage and cleaning issues. Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair.If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible.
GUEST understands. it is understood that no cleaning supplies such as detergent, or laundry detergent will be provided during the stay except the basic amenities. We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions. Whenever possible, valuables should be left secure and out of sight.
Change to terms. Tapobhoomi Stay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms under which https://tapobhoomistay.com/ is offered.
The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions. Tapobhoomi Stay encourages you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of our updates.
